  1. Ok so firstly I apologize for the lengthy post! But I've been putting this off for a fair while so It's going to be a big chunk in one hit and then hopefully keep it up to date! So 5 years ago I had my first VR6, a White Golf Mk3 that I owned for nearly a year and showed with the VR6oc in 2011 Then the next car I had was a Nugget yellow Corrado 16v KR, I literally adored it, however I always wished it had the heart of the Golf... Fast forward to 2013 and I found myself owning another Mk3 that I converted to a VR from an 8v Gti, again I loved it but when the Head gas
  2. Any updates with this guys? Highly doubt I'll get in but I'm Trying to work out just how hard I'm going at the car between now and March depending whether it's likely to be on show or not Haha!
  3. So here's a quick run down if my car, it's in very early stages as I've only had it on the road a few weeks, but I've been advised from the fb group to throw a post up anyways so here's some pics with current spec and what will be done by March. Corrado VR6 original ABV 2.9 Flash Red. 1995 (believed) wasn't registered until 96 then brought to the UK from Ireland in 2000. Reg: G3 OCD (ignore the smoked plate, full size original plates are going on when everywhere reopens after new year) Exterior - factory paint in very good condition, recent work on drivers side completed and rear. - rear w

  6. Ok I'll try and keep this fairly brief and condense down the cars history since I bought it in December 2012. Before I get into the Black car this is the previous Mk3 VR6 I owned and also showed with VR6OC at Ultimate Dubs 2011. Since selling it in April 2011 I went through a few cars, a Corrado 16v, a Seat Ibiza 1.8t, a 306 hdi, an Astra coupe turbo (keep those last two quiet! ), a Mk4 V6 4motion Golf, and then another Mk3 Golf. So In September 2012 I owned a Mystic Blue Mk3 Golf, 8v gti. Which went from this... To this... However, the clutch then completely obliterated itself and the
  7. OK as some will know by now i no longer own this i failed on updates so here is the final pics of it at Ultimate Dubs 2011 on show indoors before it left my ownership... The car got a really good response, but it had to go after this, too much to run and insure and some mechanical gremlines that then arose, but heres how it stood. The car had the following completed smooth front bumper smooth rear bumper pulled and rolled arches all round semi smooth boot new smoked crystal tail lights And thats it, no More VR6.... Mind you... It's been replcaed by this... Only a 1.8 16v but still gre
