Currently in my unit changing the oil. Oil is out but not sure if oil filter is at the front of engine Or facing down with temp sensors on top of the casing its in? Help please Andy

Hi everyone, the vr6 when driving and when i switch it off the fan is always running, is this normal? also, the drivers window when going up it sometimes goes back down before it starts going up again? and one last thing, what leather interior's go in the mk3 vr6 its a 96 3 door. thanks for your help. andy
