  1. Could very well be an initial fuel pressure problem. There is a check valve on the fuel pump that can fail and allow fuel to bleed back down the lines into the tank. It shouldn't be a problem really, it just puts a bit more strain on your starter motor. If you replace the fuel pump then it'll start like it should do. I have a fuel pump in my garage if you can't source one. Now someone help me with my problem! haha hope this helps

I couldn't get my old 1,3,5 cam pulley off with the other part of the CPS, so had to fit one off a spare engine that had previously cracked on the plastic and been plastic welded up (I don't know why or After refitting everything, the car is slow and sluggish, not fast and responsive! So I stripped it down again, the cam timing is as close as I can get. At TDC, the intermedi
  5. I'm new to the forum so I thought I'd post up my times from Big Bang the other weekend: 0-60FT - 2.1150 1/4 ET - 14.337 @ 96.2 Mk2 OBD1 2.9 VR6, Induction kit, Stainless exhaust. Otherwise standard, in road spec.
