    I'm sorry if we're not competitive for you at this year's renewal. In general, insurers review their risk appetite regularly and the market does change by the day. Insurers may also choose to price themselves out in some scenarios, based on the risk presented by the individual. Having said that, if you do find a better rate we are happy to negotiate with your insurer to encourage them to reconsider and perhaps keep you.
