  1. I just replaced my rears and the clutch pedal goes straight to the floor. Is the clutch plumbed into the brake servo? When I bleed the brakes will the clutch pedal come back?
  2. Do you have to strip front grille to gain access? Pretty tight down there?
  3. Hi, This has probably been covered before, but my oil warning light has started flashing. The car has been off the road for winter but I've been letting it tick over for half hour once a week. I have noticed now that the oil warning light has started to flash after its been running for 5 mins. I've checked the oil level and its at max. How do I check that oil pressure is ok? Is this a common fault? Cheers
  4. My OB1 VR6 is off the road during the winter so I have been starting the engine and letting her run for half hour once or twice a week to keep the battery charged. I noticed today that the oil warning light was flashing. I checked the oil level and its near full???!??!! Could it be a sensor problem? If not, how do you check the oil pressure? Cheers
  5. I think the previous owner must have rounded them. Next stop Halfords for a set of decent grips...wish me luck!
  6. What size of allen socket do you need to remove the rear carrier brackets on a MK3 VR6? 8mm and 10mm don't seem to fit. Surely can't be 9mm or they?

  8. My VR6 has been sitting in the garage for 9 months and has been turned over every now and then. I've noticed that there is an oily substance floating in the water tank, however even after a run up the road there is no sign of any mayo on the oil filler cap?? Anyone got any ideas?
