  1. Why wait until 2015? Get yourself over there...
  2. I seem to be taking 2 steps forward and one step back. I've had to chop the wastegate flange off and relieve the manifold. I'll play with the wastegate position and adjust the manifold and also need to clock the turbo body upright. It is tight for space but it is positioned clear of all obstructions now. I would of preferred it to have been positioned the other way around but I couldn't get it positioned correctly that way so I'll have to work with it as it is. The OE heat shielding is nicely positioned as well.
  3. There's something wrong there.
  4. I use it as a per wash only. Make sure you rinse out the bottle if it is not being used for a while. For hard traffic area's , wheel arches etc use correctly diluted APC and iron X after snow foam and before washing.
  5. Have you tried these guys? http://www.kcadeutag.com/ Obviously I can't tell you how to get a job but sometimes the direct route with character is all it takes.
  6. Fawley in Southampton are now advertising for process tech's which is a good way to get into oil. 30k for trainees rising once qualified.
  7. Even with having to fix it after every journey sorry my best mate has an RS turbo and its on ramps more than it is wheels It didn't break down once but we are talking many years ago.
  8. I liked the 205 but my RS Escort beat the gti hands down.
  9. There is "pop star" money available though but after 22 years working away I'm going for the family route and staying at home.
  10. I use to love the sound of my twin40 side drafts on my pinto. Soooo addictive.
  11. There are jobs advertised on sites like matchtek but the majority are engineering based and they have the pick of the crop due to wages earned. I have friends who have done this recently and I do have the option of a 7 week entry course. Remember it is not all in the North Sea. There are plenty of places around the world which if you factor in the "rotation" and tax free income can be very rewarding.
  12. I have already fully assembled it all off the car and then offered it into place which works well.
  13. Cheers for the comments, seems a shame to wrap it now but it has to be done.
  14. Here you go http://www.vr6oc.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?345541
  15. Apart from the obvious but awesome Nurburg Ring and closer to home Buttercup pass, any idea's for a driving holiday or short break? Maps, pictures, routes or reviews would be good. Even if never visited but on your "wish list" I'd be interested to hear about it.
