Hi, FlySpeck WoW!! THANK YOU for the quick reply, it is very much appreciated, this is doing my head!! What I have tried so far, I have removed and checked the starter motor, including the usual suspect braided solenoid lead. All working OK, replaced it cleaning all earth connections. I have checked as many fuses as I can find and everything appears to work including the alarm (Clifford) I have also tried a new ignition switch. However when I turn the key nothing from the starter or solenoid just silence. If I bridge the starter motor the car starts. I have not checked any relays as I did not

Hi Gents Did you manage to solve this? as i have the same problem, had a new matrix fitted. (I do not know if heater worked before new matrix as the matrix was bypassed when I aquired the car) No coolant leaks, car runs at constant temperature (90) both pipes to/from matrix hot, but no heater?? Any help would be appreciated, fed up with my daughter constantly moaning about being cold!!

Hi, Did you manage to sort this? as I have the same problem! -
hi, are you loosing coolant? Also does the screen steam up when you turn the heater on full, when engine at running temperature. if so probably the heater matrix.

I have two, a 20-year-old son who is training to be an accountant! He drives a S----u. and an 18-year-old daughter a complete petrol head, she has just acquired a VR6. Helping her with the VR led to me acquiring one myself and joining this club. Pic. of my daughters VR with the machines she drives for work (weather permitting)
