  2. I cant help think of things like Landys when people say euro V8, also not knowing much about euro V8's prob doesnt help lol

  4. I have just brought rear inner and outer powerflex bushes for mine (as they need changing) now l am hoping they bloody fit! lol but yes as far as l know all 4mo's and mk4 r32's are the same when it comes to things like this buddy let me know how you get on
  5. The size of the wheel/tyre wont affect the psi you run. Yes it will take more air to fill but 32 psi is still 32 psi between 32 - 35 psi would be the safe bet
  6. they have mentioned a few above dude, but 10w40 fully synthetic is what you want to look for
  7. Unfortunately not, the problems tend to be intermittent for a while in some cases before they become a permanent issue. I take it you have the individual coilpacks then and not the block? Yeah MAF could still be the issue, l had one that did something similar before so it is always worth checking. If there is someone with a 4mo close that you could ask just to try theirs on your car to see if that sorts it, if it doesnt then you know it is something else. But to be honest your best bet (and the fastest) is to look for the vagcom people willing to help part of the forum to see if there i
  8. I would say the water either got to your coilpack or your maf buddy. the quickest way to find out if it is either of these 2 bits would be to take each of them off (both really easy) and give them a good drying out in the house. Dry off the connectors, hook them back up and see if the problem is gone. also if you can get it scanned with vagcom would tell you pretty quick whats what
  9. right that should prob be my last guess for a while to give others a go lol
  10. Oh yeah lol Is that Planet Terror?
  11. £60 for a game!! Yeah l will stick to my PC cheers lol and l can upgrade it when/if l choose (not that l need to ) I have a PS3 but the laser died about 5 years ago and never bothered to sort it, so now it just gets used for streaming to the TV lol oh and this whole DLC thing p*sses me off, what happened to the good old days when if something new came out for a game it was an update not a cash grab!?
  12. Weekend is best for me buddy, dont mind what time though
  13. Most likely your coil pack on its way out buddy
  14. I know the ignition switch can cause issues with starting but l have not heard of it cutting an engine buddy, however as it is cheap and pretty easy it is worth a try. after a quick search l would say after trying a new battery you prob have a wiring issue somewhere dude. http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/00668 http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/00532

    turbo kits ?

General opinion is to steer well clear of the ebay kits buddy. I would guess there must have been people who have been lucky and its worked ok, but l have read of a number of people trying to do a cheap build with ebay kits that have ended up killing their engines. It is up to you at the end of the day, but l would say better to spend a little more and be sure, rather then to possibly be very sorry
  16. You can try opening a case through paypal buddy, on the grounds that goods received where not as described/ordered and see how that goes
