  1. That was my point mate, I never seen pistons that low for a VR. lol.
  2. I woul love to have brand and part # for a set of 7.0:1cr pistons, I'm very interested.
  3. This is one of the most common spark plugs that the VR6t owner use here in the states " NGK_____________IX iridium______DCPR8EIX "
  4. Got FI? Need colder plugs? Cold Range Spark Plug Guide Recently, I encountered some difficulty with my FI application (Streetwerke GT380) where the car would misfire periodically, when cold, when warm, at idle, under boost... it was VERY frustrating. I had all manner of tests done to try and identify mechanical problems including compression and leak-down. All were negative (thankfully). In the end it turned out to be my spark plug gap! Now the gap was already set to a relatively tight .028" from Streetwerke but upon recommendation from another shop that deals with FI applications I had them t
  5. Do you still have the old spark plugs? If you do check the gap on those. I'm building a VR6T so I cant tell you the exact gap, cus I'm in the middle of the process. I will find out, because that concern me too.
  6. PS; The 263 will work just fine with a matching chip.
  7. First one: I will use 3.0lt piston but no bigger than that because heat. and with a turbo a 2.9lt that is good for 500whp with the proper internals. Pass 450hp is ridiculous HP cus you get in another problem TRACTION. Just keep it between 400 to 450HP and get the car light to compensate. second: stock internals with C2 head spacer 9.0:1 you can run 14 to 15 lbs boost. With a head spacer of 8.5:1 you can run 20lbs boost. Lower the compresion more mix you can push in the cylinder. But if you use a forge pistons the lowest CR is 9.0:1 that is OK to push 30 or 40lbs of boost cus is forge, an
  8. That is the clutch bearing mate. Need to be replace.
  9. Change the thermostat, that shoul fix it. good luck
  10. You can't install spak plug made for a VR6 out the box' date=' you have to gap the spak plug for your set up. Remember there is no VR6 turbo from Factory, you have to gap them, otherwise the engine will "KA_BOOMM!!"[/b']
  11. Dude, That Rado looks mean with those wheels. Nice ride, have fun.
  12. There is a product from CRC it is spesific for MAF, I dont know if you can find it in UK. This is what I use and work just perfect. Good Luck.
