Got a early ABV 2.9 Lots of uprated parts all over the car and i am aware the engine has had a full rebuild in the past. I am just trying to work out how far the rebuild went. ie. standard or cams, ported head etc. Through the oil filler i can see a casting ID of OT-1 on the rear cam does anyone know if this is standard or if there is something special lerking!? Thanks.

prob best to buy a rough corrado and sell the spare bits on, weight the shell in etc. will work out cheapest and you can test it all before fitting it.

Anyone know for sure what wheel is the lightest ( standard vr fit). Lots of different data kicking about sugesting both being the lightest! Need to choose one to put my R888's on for track use.

N plater have the option to buy it as a donor for my mk2. not sure if it was anyones on here?

I've heard you have to have the engine ecu reprogrammed to man if you do this swap? Reading above that may not be the case? Obd2 going into a mk2.

yeah the pipes go pretty hard, the system is spose to be under some presures as this raises the boiling point of the coolant. make sure you have the right mix of coolant and water also.

£179 for a full day - on track as much as you want - no timed sessions. £25 for and additional driver or £10 for a passenger. so not too bad if you trust someone to split the driving with! the threded part should come up a couple of cms, if your talking more than a couple or 3 cms you prob have the plates and bushes in the wrong order.
