How long ago did you flush your coolant system?If you give the entire system a flush and at halfords you can buy the ready mix coolant just chuck that in and see how she runs.You might have a blockage somwere.

Hi roy,Mine seems to do the same but only for a few minuts,once she is warmed up shes fine,I never start up and drive off when she is still cold,apparently it does lots of long term damage.Are you referring to a cam belt?because the vr,s dont have cam belts they chain driven.cheers.
