  3. Found original details on bearing its an ina bearing f-216546.4 vw number is 357 412 249 but still on Google it shows as the cheap nasty plastic shielded ones

Ive got one that's corroded and with a dodgy stryt top bearing its worn thru the top spring perch im needing one if anyone hss one.also i stripped my coilovers down for a clean the top strut bearings are very heavy compared to the ones ive bought of eBay they are all metal not the light plastic ones anyone any idea where i can get another pair from?cheers

  7. As title ive got a stainless decat on my mk2 vr6 from the mk3 golf but it has the kink in the pipe i need to make a straight section as it doesnt sit quite right in the mk2 tunnel ive got plenty 2 1/2" stainless pipe i just need a flange if anyone knows where i can get one.cheers

  14. Thought I'd update this.i got connected I had to connect the L line aswell as the K as the wake up for ecu is sent down the L line and data back up the K line.

  18. Anyone on here have an early vr6? Need to know what voltage you have on grey white wire from ecu to obd port I've wired in an obd2 port and between pin4 and pin7 I have battery voltage I'm sure I shouldn't have that much on a data line . cheers
  19. Whats the number of your ecu mate? Found this on another forum For UK mk3 golfs and corrado's: OBD1: 021 906 258 A, B and C is vr6 distributor 021 906 258 AF is 5 wire maf coil pack 021 906 258 AG is 2.9 5 wire coil pack 021 906 258 CP is 2.9 4 wire coil pack 021 906 258 CH is 2.8 4 wire coil pack 021 906 258 BK is also 4 wire coil pack
