    opening up the car tonight and noticed theres a pond in the rear footwell, nice! now, its only in the rear drivers side, all the other carpets are dry. so im just wondering if there are any common leak ares for the mk3's? the roof lining is completly dry, as is around the sunroof and ariel. i also lifted the rear seats to see if it had'nt made its way thru from the boot lid, but thats dry too. so its leading me to think its gotta be the drivers door leaking, but then surly the drivers footwell would be soaked too?? complety baffled by this one, anyhelp would be great. *-)

    surley they have missed a 1 off at the begining?!

    mine done this the over day. ive just had a look tonight, turns out that the throttle body pipe has a slight split in the bottom, just before the actual throttle body, this caused oil (very slight) to drip into the hot exhaust manifold, causing it to smoke.

    Just picked it up, already cleaned and polished it! lol. Needs lowering on coilovers next. sorry about photo quality, taken on my phone.
