    Someone help with this? Worried that it could be the head gasket? My coolant levels up and down…. I’ll drive the car, check the coolant and it will be ok. Another day I’ll drive the car and coolant levels low and I’ll fill it up…… other days I’ll drive and the coolant warning light comes up, check and its empty. But when u undo the cap, seems to be hell of a lot of pressure and it fills up. Noticed a lot of steam from the exhaust, some days its ok another day it’s bad.     Hi all Had a look on the site for this problem, came back from holiday and before i took the car out... i checked varoius oils, and water levels. My coolent bottle was empty...... So i topped it up and checked for leaks. (couldn't find any) Just drove up to see my gf at uni, and noticed that the temp was going above 90 degrees. So i pulled up on the next junction, and had a look under the bonnet at the water level..... bottle was empty looking, undid the cap slowly and it stemmed like mad and started to bubble up with water coolent.     Hi all, Wondering if someone can help me :- 1996 vr6, which is fitted with a supercharger…. When I first drive the car she pulls well, but as soon as things warm up…. She holds back when you put your put down, Did have a problem with the idle, but sorted that with thanks to people on here…. Cleaned the throttle body with carb cleaner and she idles well, I’ve changed the plugs and also fitted new leads, Leads from (GSF) And the plugs from the local Vw garage. Removed one of the new plugs today, and it was a golden, brown colour (after 3 days and not much use) Just wondering if someon
