Hi guys, letting you know I am still in for this!! Just an MOT and an ABS pump standing in my way. No tickets booked as yet, will leave it to nearer the time, last year had it all sorted way in advance then forgot one crucial thing which messed the whole trip up for me!!! Going to take the Chunnel, not the boat. Not long to go now!!!!!

Planning on coming to see you guys too. May not have the VR up and running, (ABS pump and an MOT to get) so will bring me little backup Polo, will get there just after lunch and planning on staying over in the tent I bought last year, see you there!! -

Just checking in, still on for this trip!! Just need to pass MOT which is not looking good with the ABS light on for the last nine months, does anyone have a link for recon ABS pumps? As am sure this is the issue, and need a replacement.. going to take the car into VW for a pre mot and get it on the computer for a second opinion. Apart from that, defo going to be there this year!! This whole thread is a damn good read!! Almost a book!!

Count me in too. Dropped out literally last minute last year due to losing passport, never ever found it, but have a shiny new one now!! Cant believe this thread is 25 pages long already!! Wasnt going to bother looking till after xmas!! Anyone got pics from last years weekend? Would love to see what I missed Cheers

Just bought MCN, they're reviewing budget helmets! Timely! There are to HJC 0nes, HJC CS-12N ACU approved £70-80 and an HJC CS-R1 which is ACU approved for racing for 100-110. Thanks for the offer of a lend, but is a good excuse to get myself a bike!!! Shocks and springs going on right now!! 6 days to go!!

Do you use full face crash helmets? Was thinking about visibility within a car. On a bike a full face is fine. Need to buy one now.....
