get one from a honda civic, the wee stubby ones you see on sports and type r's. looks good and doesn't impair radio reception, screws right in

there's no scheduled time VW set for changing them, so i'm told at work. get paranoid about it tho. i take it you can change just the top tensioner without a total stripdwown. my VR's the only one we ever see at my place!
