my old girl has got forged pistons but the standerd 225bhp kits run on totaly standerd internals, the old cast v6's are strong old lumps. im not shure of the torque limmit of the box's i know of one bored out to a 3.7 and supercharged with 373ft/lb's and the mt75 takes that. the old 2.8's used the type9 though and thay dont like more than 200bhp -

I used to want a 4x4 cossie befor i had a xr4x4 twin turbo, but i now dont see why i should pay twice as much for a knackerd standerd cossie as i payed for the tt when the XR is quicker. ive seen a 280bhp XR at santa pod leave more than 1 350bhp cossie for dead. I also know of a XR running 330bhp and 350ft/lb that runs 12.3 1/4 mile at pod and 0-60 in under 4 seconds at trax. i can link to the vidios if u like. i can understand that some people prefer the RS Cosworth badge to XR but sadly 9 out of 10 people seam to think my XR is a cossie anyway :@ £ for £ the XR is a better car in my opin -

the sierras about 220bhp and 255ft/lb's but that should go up later in the year with new management. theres a thing on the right of the 2 working videos to scrole through the others -
