and now not well again... can not figure this one out now and starting to get to me. lambda and coolant temp switch changed along with thermostat, water pump. The engine now idles at 1.5k and dips every so often as though it needs to drop (ecu trying etc). Its over fuelling.. probably to the ecu's 25% safe mode. before it had an idle of 1.5k, it idled ok.. but the first 500revs after that, it would be very spluttery, you can get the induction to pop easily -- hence why i say its over fuelling. after that its ok... but when accelerating it would bog down. Searching idle is still there but n

ok... the is 2 different types... 4 pin for the ecu - located on the left of the bank of sensors 2 pin - for the dials - middle another 2 pin on the right is for air con. it is the middle 2pin one you need for the gauges. There will be a part number on the actual sensor.

all these vr's in preston.. and i haven't seen one. gis a flash if you see me.

i also had a search idle rate and running rich.. replaced the lambda sensor and coolant temp switch.. all is well

not even detailed mine yet... but when i do... (prob just before the first 08 show) it will be a 2 day affair
