    infact my front archs are still stock aint been rolled coz i had new wings fitted as fror the camber could be sitting in a bit more than useually yes well spotted when i changed the suspension i never got the camber done but i had standard rims then as for the back the archs have been rolled and slightly pulled/excessivly rolled.lol if you like.

    cheers mate ye got a vw cap 5.76 all in seem ok so far but i have driven it far/hard for it to get that much pressure in the system but touch wood.

    wire brush the copper brake pipe then uder seal it that will pass then.

    NA my Y-reg gti turbo i used to have had a ko3s turbo and 150bhp thats like the seat leons there all 180bhp cheaper as well an look just as good

    when i had my arch rolled they were sort of steched out as well a bit if that helps they can strech them as much as you like or as much as they can go but the archs prob wount look any good after there for you will need the arch repaured after.

    im down 60mm with tt comps had standard archs was ok no rubbing.

    ok changed the cap today for a oem gen VW cap so i see what happens and keep updated.

    could it be a faulty cap then or just cheap crap lol.

    use some locktight on the treads when you put them back in if the valve stem seals are gone it will smoke more when hot

    maybe ill try a new cap then the cap on there is new though maybe its a poor cap form gsf carparts like i said the head gasket has been done water pump and bottle.

    ok ive had the head gasket done head skimmed water pump expansion bottle and cap changed i changed the bottle last as the what was happening was were you have the 2 holes in the side of the bottle under the black cover from the bottom hole i was getting a small amount of coolant coming out of there so i then replaced the bootle it has been ok for a few months now the same thing is happening agian any ideas as the whole cooling system has been replaced more or less heres a pic of were is coming from.

    just back from the body shop had new wings fitted and all the sill trims wheel archs trims removed and had later spec wing/indicators fitted what ya think pics are a bit crap :$
