    Ive started running because im getting rather podgy lol Ive been doing it for a week and i feel crap lol.... Does it get any easier? I managed 5 minutes and 31 seconds today... woohoo ;-) Anyone got any tips apart from give up?

    Guys just to let you know - andy and myself have sorted live GPS tracking on the ring. Basically will give you corner by corner breakdown of your times... Hows that! :-D

    Ive read on a couple of forums there is a simple mod you can do to these to release an extra 10 bhp. How true this is im unsure... but worthy knowing.

    turtle wax gloss guard is pretty shit hot as a sealer, after using zymol. That Klasses stuff is supposed to be good too.

    Hi mate- ive looked into this with the fourmotion, into the syncro. The gearbox is different so you would need bespoke driveshafts for it to fit, and a bespoke gearbox mount that you can get from the states - a guy on vortex does them
