  1. Already put some of these up on the chat box but here are my 7 times 16.148 16.142 16.586 15.978 15.949 15.968 16.215 Ok but nothing to shout about. It was my first time and I loved it though, definately doing it again. Also in one of the 15.9's I bounced off the rev limiter in first gear and crunched in to second so it could have been alot better. We were lucky with the weather, no rain at all. It was overcast for most of the day, but all in all was fine.

Mine does that as well, i've got the grills and one has got the hole in for the sensor, I also have the connector hanging down for the sensor, just no sensor
  3. Looks good mate, was thinking a remus or sebring exhaust, wanted to get it before the GTI Festival but that ain't gonna happen, so its been put off for abit, not too long though.
  4. Just fitted my new rear number plate, so it don't look pissed anymore. Sweet. Right pain though, not sure what the people had used to keep the last one on there, looked like a mixre of silicon and duck tape. Worst bit was, picking at the stiff to begin with and cutting underneath my finger nails, then using thinners to get the stuff off, ouch!!! Only the new zorst to go and the rear will be ready for a photo shoot
  5. Ahh, external forces, i geddit, doh !dodge %-6
  6. Glad you got it sorted mate :-)
  7. Sorry for being stupid (again :-p ) but how does the fluid pump out without pressing the pedal?
  8. How do you bleed the system then, (if that is a dumb question) :?

  10. I've noticed this with a few mk4 drivers as well, how strange :?
  11. I understand, headlights, two off at the front, twilding, tuning in, , you sly dog you :-p
  12. Mine didn't, had to run the wire myself. Although I think the connector was at the front, just not running to the rear. Can't really remember tbh. But if you are using anything other than a sony one you'd have to run a wire anyway.
  13. Climate control, I wish :-(

  15. Nice one mate, nearly there eh
  16. Looks like it comes with its own time zone, lol
  17. Thought you might have done it by now, this is an old thread isn't it. I did mine in the end though mate, not too bad.
  18. I'll vouch for that, its pretty easy. I done it, can guide you through it if you want :-)
  19. Your best bet is to buy a small kit from your local motor store, they don't cost alot. basically you have to hook a tube upto the bleed nipple on the caliper and press the brake pedal a few times to clear all the air out the system. There is a certain order to do them in, of which i'm not sure. I must admit mate, i'm no expert either, wait untill someone else sees this, they may have other ideas as to what the problem is. :-) ALso, would be better in the brakes section, but we won't hold that against you, :-p ;-) [ Edited Tue Jul 06 2004, 09:57PM ]
