Yes I do have standard suspension(going to get done end of March?April though-30mm drop),I anticipated changing the tyres on both sets of alloys when I eventually fit them,so will they go straight on if they have the right size tyres then? Also will Audi TT front seats(leather mmmm,my Vr is cloth) bolt straight into my VR? %-6 :?

I have another car an Audi A3 1.8T & was wondering will the 16" 5 spokes on that fit the VR properly? Also I have a set of Audi TT 17" 6 spokes,will they fit instead?although i'd have to change the tyres as the 17's have a 225/45/17 profile. Please say they'll fit as they look mint!! 8o)

I'll have a look at what shows are on this year & where they are,would people be interested in just vw type shows or ones that appeal to the masses?Last year when I showed at Donny I paid about £15-£20 for the weekend but got an Autoglym car kit of polish,shampoo & something else for free as they were a sponson.These days some of the newer shows let you in for free just to build up numbers.A line of polished Vr6's will always draw a crowd & its a good way of advertising the site,this is how sites like this can grow into bigger clubs. :)Surprised nobody took the piss for me being a

Does anyone on here attend car shows not as a visitor but as a "show car"? Until last year I had a Renault 5 Gt turbo(owned 7 years) which I showed at Donnyshow last year as part of the owners club. I was the Northern Events Organiser for the club & really enjoyed showing my car after all the hard work & £££ i'd put into it & meeting the other members of the club. Looking at the galleries there are plenty of mint motors on this site to have a club display at various shows around the country,has anyone ever bothered? Time to polish them VR's people??

Hi guys i'm thinking of putting some nice tunes in my vr but want to keep it lo-key & have nothing on show inside the car so I want to put new stuff in place of the factory items. I know that theres the 2 in the dash,2 in the door & 4 in the rear interior panels but how big are they?My local audio retailers are a bit poo & a bit 'unhelpful' as I have seen stuff lots cheaper in the mags & on ebay & will probably buy from there. Any idea what sizes I need? Help! :?
