I'm new to the site thanks to bob for sharing the site,I've just build a supercharged VR6 and I'm having a few issues,I haven't had it on the road since 08 and when it gets up to temp it bellows out white smoke any ideas cheers

ive been looking at the threads before posting this and I cant find the answer I recently purchased a 2000 mk4 jetta vr6 its very clean but one problem its automatic. yes I know its cheaper too buy one that already Manuel but I want to have some fun!. my question is. if I were to replace the auto ecu with a Manuel ecu with the matching cluster would I still have to do additional wiring. please help! if I do please tell what I would have to do. thanks

FOR SALE MK3 Golf 3 door GTi/VR6 Turbo Red with Black roof. Good all round condition with no rust apart from right at the bottom of the passenger side front wing. Paint is very good and shines well after a wash, but does have several stone chips (nothing major) to it around the car.
