    Gillys vr6

Rides really well, firm but not crashy compared to previous (tired) JOM coilovers that were fitted.

    to sell or not?

Naturally you should put your own health first before the car, but if you still get enjoyment out of driving it then worth keeping if you can get those jobs sorted. the body work will cost the lot, but as long as it is mechanically sound then you can still enjoy it and send to bodyshop to fix up the body?

    Bogs down in 4th

That's what I'm trying to do. Before spending £££££ on it for power and cosmetics I want to know it's right mechanically.

Yeah I will do but haven't got the money for the map after buying the car and getting it on the road etc. I'll be keeping the 2.9 tb to put on at a later date.

I've done a 3rd gear rolling drag with Mistline and he beats me hands down with that rado inlet and tb. Get it mapped properly and you'll be laughing!

    Coolant hoses

Well guys the coolant hoses have arrived from China. First impressions I don't think the build quality is too sad. I will get some pics up later tonight of the thickness of the pipe walls etc Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk

  16. Thanks mate, its a complete down to the last nut and bolt top and bottom end built up Low Comp. engine so I'm currently still running it in, before the bigger 630 Siemens injectors and final mapping, so no idea on full potential yet. Looking forward to seeing what Vince at Stealth can get out of it though as its now a Vortech Stage 2 charger set up. Was running 288bhp on the Z-Engineering charger and standard engine before. Cheers Pete, feel like a right Newbie! Running it in is so painful, tempted to just hire a rolling road for a couple of hours, lol. Wheels are RH ZW1's originally
