Put the car on the rollers at JKM today, very happy with results!!! Other than the BMC CDA and ported throttle body done by me, the car is standard engine wise, so now I know it's healthy inside!!! I didn't even do my usual pre dyno service of plugs and oil, so once I do the plugs, oil, leads and fit the lovely milltek decat I have in the shed, I should be looking at 200hp Roll on the good times!

First off..... I hate heater matrixs, Secondly..... I hate air con more And thirdly.... I hate vw for making what should be a simple thing, a near on impossible task that can make me see red. Why would they design a vehicle so badly underneath that to change a heater matrix on an air con model literally means removing your whole air con system, knee bars the lot. I am giving it to a garage to do the rest before I koose it with it. Right now I hate my vr6. Cant wait to spend another £200 in labour charges

Rifht ive found that elusive nut..... are VW taking ze piss! Its literally been buried by the air con. Wish i didnt have air con now lol. Need a 5 year old who had 3 ekbow joints and abnornally long arms to get to it. Im genuinly stumoed how to get that offf?? Suggestions would be a god send 0:) Kind regards all

A dedicated shop? A members photo gallery site. Buy and sell vr6 parts. Make a small comission on sales like ebay. Only 1% kinda thing.

A little update, not been on for a while, Golf has been out and run a sprint event at Barkston Heath, we did well amongst a field of GT86 Toyotas, M3 and numerous kit things. I have a local guy who can do the mapping too. Got a bit giddy too, so please don't listen too closely.... As for performance, the turbo project that started nearly a year ago is now booked in and will be done soon, a low boost set up for starters and see how we get on, if all goes well then I will consider spending even more money on it next year, got to be careful though as moving to Yorkshire as I have als
