Some mod. problems...

I'm from Istanbul

I have AAA OBD1 engine on my Ibiza with

83mm JE forged pistons (~2940cc)

+1 mm Ferrea exhaust and intake valves

268 Schrick cams,titanium retainers and valvesprings

ported and polished cylinderhead

10.4 comp. ratio

Supersprint Headers

60mm freelow exhaust

Remapped ECU

I dynoed my car and it gived 199bhp and 235Nm

but my car's AFR was around 15.5~17

I have changed my injectors with 550cc

now my AFR is ~13 but my car gives 220bhp

is it normal? Actually I was expecting more power, I thing there is a problem

What do you think or recommend?

sounds like the person that mapped your car hasnt done it correct, as maximum power is made around 12.3:1 AFR, id say you need to get it mapped again by some one who knows what theyre doing, aslo you dont need 550cc injectors.

the man who mapped my car told me that my injectors are not enough, thats why I changed my injectors,

which company do you recommend?

the 550 injectors you have will give you enough fuel for over 600bhp. you dont need them on a na motor!

hello, It's me again

I found an interesting thing

as ı told you before my AFR was around 15.5~17

I'm pull out my battery cable and wait for ~30 seconds then I pull in my battery cable, my AFR goes ~12-13 and wheel spinning at 1st 2nd and 3rd gear (that is very enjoyable)

After few minutes or kilometers my AFR comes back to ~15,

engine gives G68 fault code, with VAG-COM I clear all faults but my car has still ~15 AFR

after that, again I remove my battery cable and wait than again attach my battery cable, AFR comes to ~12

I couldn't solved it

Can anyone help me?
