I had my ECU immobilizer defeat fine by c2 about 6 years ago, just redone all my grounds and relocate the battery into the boot. Car won't run for longer than a couple of seconds, connected vagcom up and had immobilizer stopped engine fault. This is really weird that the immobilizer has just become active again. Dimavr 0 Posted January 28, 2018 Report Share Posted January 28, 2018 Ok so so this, disconnect the better and remove you ECU by unplugging it, wait 5 min and plug the ECU back in and then plug in the battery again and try it again! If you still have the issue prob your ECu fries while u were changing your grounds it happen a lot more times than you think! But don’t panic bring ur ECU back to C2 distro and have them reflash the ECU again! I’d the ecu fried they would tell you! Link to post Share on other sites

Installing a mega squirt ECU that I have right now, of I can't get that to work I may need to look at a immobilizer defeat again. Link to post Share on other sites

I need to go through the ECU and check the build, hopefully it will be started by next weekend, if not I may give up and pay Paul at KP. Link to post Share on other sites
