I recently put a new clutch in my 96 vr6 passat . The pedal was very soft and after driving it for 4 days it started slipping really bad and now it won't even move when it's in gear. I put a new master cylinder on it and bleed it and still didn't work.  Any thoughts before I tear it apart again ?

yes, like vr6pete sets, unfortunately your going to have to pull it apart and check clutch/bearing/fork etc out...something is obviously wrong in there if a new clutch has gone in...pain in ass I know but if its nothing outside(clutch master/slave/lines)then gotta be done:huh:

When I did my transmission overhaul - I fitted a vaelo clutch kit - comes with everything that's needed.

Picked up a clutch fork from VW at a cost between £11 - £15.

Job done, if you have already replaced slave cylinder already the should be good for a long time to come :)
