Guest Posted April 20, 2016 Report Share Posted April 20, 2016 Hello everyone, I have a mk2 vr6 with a 5 lug swap all from a mk3. I currently have a mk2 manual rack in it, and I have brand new mk3 YYZ tie rods on both sides (inners and outers). The passenger side is on no issues and it's straight as an arrow. The drivers side not so well. The outer is spun all the way on touching the jam nut and its still out about 1-1.5 inches.... Anyone come across this? Or should I just go back to a mk2 tie rod on the drivers side as the mk2 manual rack tie rods were not adjustable on the drivers side.
