I saw on FB the other day a guy using a wireless OBD reader so he could get real time info from his car.I couldn't find the post so couldn't find out what OBD plug he was using. Any ways I went and bought one which after reading the info should have worked. c00k 435 Posted October 12, 2015 Report Share Posted October 12, 2015 (edited) That's a Bluetooth adaptor not a 2.4g wireless adaptor. They will work on androide but not iPhone or iPad. Also most are for scanning OBD2, not OBD1 like you have. Huge differance between OBD1 and OBD2 coding and ECU. So you would need to find on that work with OBD1, as that's what your ECU requires.
