Right got some more done blocks built back up did the head spacer today all went smoothly ready to build back up.was told when I bought the engine it was low mileage and it turned out it is the block has no wear and the heads in good shape to. C55739F9-3283-4DDD-8FE3-BFC4E2E27B93_zps  engines out. 93A29D89-3960-4CEF-8571-4B87D24968B4_zps 037997CC-6713-4112-9959-326C110A191A_zps 63F9FD90-BE4C-4065-93E4-8BDE7EA07BA4_zps  head off F783E86C-1224-40BA-801C-A2ABD86C84F9_zps bores in great shape 64FE7339-5C9D-4901-98AE-4BE5DF670B79_zps head was checked and was good and cleaned up. 6F9C4E4C-F800-4D26-809F-6E8AAF6D36F7_zps after it had a clean 0288D1E1-0282-4D6A-91D6-ABDBD14A03E5_zps  back on the block didn't have time to take pictures of the spacer to busy make sure the head was torqued properly. ok do got the rest of the mother built up still waiting for a rocker cover gasket but got the new crack pipe and thermostat in and fitted the new injectors. 49FD274E-0265-491D-8434-BC7B773A7482_zps C1050930-98D3-4B0A-AEC5-CAD746C98D57_zps  D0AC7A03-CD2C-435B-BB8C-01C3F73047DD_zps 3F485761-8064-4F41-9B7C-BA39E7DCFA92_zps ready to go in 429D4BE2-DE49-4256-809E-00803B92F4F4_zps at this point we hit a problem I rather big problem the turbo was hitting the brake survo and the was no way of getting round it so am guns have to get another manifold one that brings the turbo closer to the block and more central in the bay any ones you can think of let me know after that I pulled the engine out again and manger to mock up the oil and inter cooler 4EDF696E-CB5A-4A66-83E3-B817608D2A12_zps that's where I'm at guns satin black the oil cooler and get the inlet on tomorrow and hopefully order another manifold.

Ok so couple of updates made the down pipe up . C0AD7356-35A0-4A4D-8B49-A7BCF3EFC9F3_zps  9D0510AE-5E06-47A4-88E2-253D484B772F_zps pretty much done tacked it up where I wanted 01B117FF-2DCD-4445-89F1-7C3443598E99_zps sent it off to be fully welded 2C414AF4-15D9-48A9-8242-A60008217520_zps going to heat rap it tomorrow but really happy how it turned out with limited space. Got some more work done on the van all the intercooler pipes were welded up then powder coated in wrinkle black and painted the intercooler at work. 63331EAF-AA03-4C6E-83B4-5E5B252F52D9_zps  0958A033-8422-4510-88C3-09A79EE90C8D_zps Back on. 1FF272EB-6041-4C08-8A22-EBA2AC185C48_zps Then refitted all the pipes looks a lot better in black and with out the hose connectors. Before. C8DBA123-27B1-4062-BE03-6CDA37DD84D4_zps After.F1371B64-FAE1-47CD-87EF-B908939458CD_zps also managed to make my screamer pipe turned out pretty good.B0A26D5C-8F13-4182-ABBD-F02C59A435D0_zps Got the front end built back up. 776BAB68-C697-4814-BE61-BD1B7914D7B6_zps So even tho it wasn't mapped and it only had the down pipe on we decided to try and start it more so to make sure the engines turned over properly and we had spark and fuel. All I can say it defently needs mapping.still got a water lines to do on the turbo, finish the exhaust and of course mapping but it's not far off now.
