tonygti 22 Posted August 22, 2015 Report Share Posted August 22, 2015 hi guys i need some helpi have just done a vr6 conversion into my MK3 all is wll but the loom i bought from a a friend for the fan control unit is strange.All the mk3 VR6 fan control units i looked at have a big plug and smaller plug, mine has a big plug and the smaller plug is really small its only a 4 pin plug, i know it controls the auxillary waterpump but i cant find the right control unit for it?any guesses? The VR6 fan control unit is part number 3A0 919 506 and has the big 4 pin output and smaller 10 pin control side. Controls fans, AC and aux waterpump. Link to post Share on other sites
reynolds9000 26 Posted September 22, 2015 Report Share Posted September 22, 2015 does not sound like any AAA vr6 harness that I am familiar with. as stated above, for the FCM, there should be a big 4 pin plug and a small 10 pin plug. a picture would be helpful! Link to post Share on other sites
