Edgeyboy 3 Posted February 25, 2014 Report Share Posted February 25, 2014 hi all...jus wanted to know where abouts the rear brake compensator is on a mk3 vr6 golf...if it has one... im trying to get my brakes bled and have been told that the reason my last one might not be bleeding is i may have to bleed the compensator.....unless anyone can help me otherwise.... my ABS light wont go off still and have replaced pretty much everything, jus need to bleed them but its not going very well...any help is muchos appreciatedregards Link to post Share on other sites

Lukey. 381 Posted February 26, 2014 Report Share Posted February 26, 2014 That's about the switchover time, do you now what obd version it is? 1 or 2? If it's obd1 there would be a brake compensator, obd2 won't. You could also just get the rear up some ramps and have a look at the rear beam too. Link to post Share on other sites
