I seem to be taking 2 steps forward and one step back. I've had to chop the wastegate flange off and relieve the manifold. I'll play with the wastegate position and adjust the manifold and also need to clock the turbo body upright. It is tight for space but it is positioned clear of all obstructions now.

I would of preferred it to have been positioned the other way around but I couldn't get it positioned correctly that way so I'll have to work with it as it is.

The OE heat shielding is nicely positioned as well.

core yeah it s bit cosy down there aint it !!! but good work dude' date=' dont worry as you know all good things come to those who wait and turbing at 12v or 24v is not a walk in the park especially if you doing it from scratch and make all the bits and bobs yourself

I'm trying to do as much as possible myself. No excuses then if it doesn't work. Very satisfying when you do get it right. Nice to have lots of people around who really know their stuff when it gets tricky.
