well in that case id say something has collapsed mate you need to get in there and have a look (bearing)

mine somtime bangs when in reverse but only if it has been sitting there for a while ! ? but hasn t fallen off yet lol

More importantly they both look wrong and are sitting too high. Looks like the may have been installed incorrectly. Should have a bearing on top of the coilover and then the top mount.

i have no idea why it does it but it does and yer it should go bearing top mount and coils!!!!!
