Steve_W 0
hi, Been away for a while as i sold my VR6 a few years back and have regretted it ever since !! Have recently been looking at buying a R32 but loved my old Mk2 golf Gti. So thinking i might combine the best shape with the best engine (in my opinion) Ideally i want to pay someone to carry out the coversion. Can anyone recommend a company they've already used for this conversion? What sort of money am i looking at?The Phirm are only two miles down the road from me, can anyone recommend these guys?Dont see a R32 conversion on their site though ;(Before anyone mentions it I dont want a 1.8 turbo need that V6 feeling again Thanks
legvw 0
Ask Vrstig, he had a r32 charged mk2, i think storm developments did the conversion for him, but you'll have to check!
bungy 2
Contact matt from C2. They have a mk2 with a 24 v lump in and a 3.2 would be well within they're skill set. Why not a 3.6?

craggsy 91
3.6 is a bit more involved but still doable
dman78 1
think im gonna have to dig a bit more about this 3.6 lump as im loving the idea of a 3.6T mk3

UnitedMotorsport 55
The difference between the 3.6 and the R32 is very noticable. The 3.6 has torque very low down the revs and it just continues until the limiter. The MK4 we did the software development on made 288whp at all 4 wheels.
Lizard Racing 0
BWS is R36, BLV is passat and BHK is Toureg. If you want a 3.6 engine let me know.Alex
Steve_W 0
Thanks for the link 3.6 option looks a little too much, would never get the wifes approval Would be very cool though.
bungy 2
There are 3.6 TT's. A 2.8 24v in a mk2 will go really nice without too much hassle and will accept FI nicely later.
