Need a few answers please

1) Fitted crack pipe, mocal oil cooler and ditched the heat exchanger.

Now left with two holes,

1) on the crack pipe which can be blocked with a 1/4 NPT plug

2) on the Block itself

Should I get a hose made to connect the two holes?

or block the hole on the engine block? If so, what's the best way to block this hole?

I want to fit the corrado clocks but will the MFA work with my MK2 stalks, CE2 fusebox, if it makes any difference.

The looms should be the same on the Fuse Box depending on the year of the Mk2 as they had a early and late fuse box on them.

I used a core plug, its the same size plug as the other core plug on the front of the block. Just remove the old plug with the tube on it, replace with the blank.

Is the core plug a tight enough fit or did you have to use something to seal it?

Did the old one come out easily?

Yeah they are 'pressed' in, old 1 should prise out, clean the hole thats left from rust etc, then gently (using a hammer and socket) tap the new plug in-but not too far, the same as the old 1.
