Mk3 VR6 1994 engine and transmission mount question??

I own a 1994 mk3 VR6 2.8 manual, and i have replaced my engine and transmission mounts with polyurathane one and they are very hard and vibrate the car badly. Below are the mounts i changed

Would someone be able to give me the correct Volkswagon part codes for these item so i can order rubber equivelents

Also does anyone know where to get these cheaply and a company that does international shipping
