Bugharris 1
Well...some inconsiderate 'person' has tried to steal my front crystal indicator units and whilst doing so, has broken the wires to the back of the bulb holder, so close that I can't strip the wires back and put a connector in to re-connect them! As they are after market items, the genuine VW bulb holders do not fit and so I have had to buy a new set of light units of which I have fitted today...We are back on the road again... I hope all is well with you all and enjoying your VR's! Get polishing, Ultimate Dubs is just around the corner, fingers crossed for some nice weather for the drive up! psilosimon 8
As the gearbox is sat on my garage floor I used a cup of petrol, paintbrush and old toothbrush and set about cleaning all the years of crud and sludge from it, then got some wire wool to remove the stubburn bits.
