kie_dub 0
ive got a boost pipe from the intercooler to the turbo which was nice and shiny and now its gone rusty (btw this wasnt off binliner it was on the car already before people think i am complaining about his stuff lol) i wouldnt mind knowing if this can be polished up and maybe protected with something that wont stop it rusting. (sorry to tap into the thread, if anybody knows please pm me instead of recking this thread ta! )

ez_101 1
come on then guys, let me into the secret of securing the ht leads to the mani, mine are just going across it and look baggy n rubbish!!
Ben Seabrook 4
well I presume you have got 8mm or bigger leads, in which case you either needs to cut out the little bits of plastic that grip the old leads and the new ones just push into the grooves or cable tie those bad boys
ez_101 1
i got the normal black leads, and have taken out the black platic thing that secures then to the old mani...so in effect i have nothing to fasten them too, unless i get the slack and cable tie them at the side of the mani so they run across the top of it tight and straight? Ben Seabrook 4
yeah look at the pics of Justin's engine bay on the previous page and you will be able to see the best way to cable tie them matey
