chris red vr6 0 Posted August 6, 2008 Report Share Posted August 6, 2008 Hi there my 1st post just treated myself to a vr6 just got a couple of niggles to sort out.I've got code 00524 coming up which indicates the knock sensor also says on the fault code chart g61 if that helps.Can someone tell me whereabouts the knock sensor will be located as i've got a new one arriving shortly. cabrioman 6 Posted August 7, 2008 Report Share Posted August 7, 2008 u got one at the front of the engine near the oil cooler and one at the back facing the bulk head when fittng ur new one u wiill have to touque it the the right settin or it wont work correctly Link to post Share on other sites
