craggsy 91
First off the discs are 312mm discs. Second thing depends on what discs you have at the moment. Being a 1993 VR id say 280mm. If so then you will need carriers calipers discs and pads. Also you will need flexi brake pipes from a late VR as they have a different connection to yours. Rest as you said is a spacer and longer bolts to seat carriers correctly
Dicko&Sarah 0
ah right i was under the impression that the discs would still fit on my calipers as a lad at work with a corrado vr6 managed to get em on his with his original calipers?
Dicko&Sarah 0
after ive thought about it, surely i wont need spacers if i need the calipers too as the spacer is to enable the disc to fit the caliper, if i have the correct caliper theres no need for a spacer? craggsy 91
Like I say it depends on what size discs you have at the moment, IF you have 288mm discs then the calipers ARE the same BUT IF you have 280mm discs then calipers ARE different........I have done the conversion so know whats needed. The spacer is needed to enable the carrier to sit in the correct position. Try them without spacers and you'll see what I mean
