If, it's still pull to the left then I won't be surprised it's the front left tie rod.Have your mechanic also check for front wheel play, and the other tie rod also. BRG 0 Posted July 31, 2006 Author Report Share Posted July 31, 2006 cheers - will check pressures on the way home, although have just had 4 new tyre put on, wouldn't put it past the monkeys in the garage to put the wrong pressures in.wouldn't a bust tie rod affect steering all the time not just breaking? FishWick 21 Posted August 1, 2006 Report Share Posted August 1, 2006 Check the nearside front damper for oil leaks. That's always the one that goes first as it's where 90% of the bumps are. It will definitely pull to the left if the damper is shot due to the lack or bump force. Link to post Share on other sites
