Your wrong buddy! Items purchased from the states coming here and are over the value of £15 have an import VAT rate of 20% . over £135 a 4% customs duty is also charged, have purchased loads of tuning stuff from the states over the years and have always been charged!

Bill priced a set up for me today, £343 delivered from the states that's at the current exchange rate. The dreaded import tax at 20% to be added to that price also!
